Do I need to have an account to shop online?

You don’t need to have an account to shop through opting for “Continue as Guest” upon payment. Although by joining Project X Club, you will have a quicker checkout process, view your order status and history, save your wish list and get notification upon markdown, and receive update on our latest release and special online promotions.

I forgot my password. What should I do?

All you need to do is click on “Forgot your password” on the login page and you will be redirected to the process of creating new password.

Can I edit/cancel my order?

Every order is processed immediately upon payment. Please contact our support for any changes or cancellation with your order number. Order that has been packed or shipped cannot be edited or cancelled. Please check the status here.

How will my order be shipped?

We are partnering with JNE for all deliveries. All deliveries are done from Monday to Friday only. You can call us for further information here projectx@time.co.id or 08111010979

How can I pay for my orders?

We receive payment mode of bank transfer, credit card (installment program available). Don’t forget to confirm your payment for bank transfer so we can deliver your order soonest possible.

0% credit card installment program available for BCA ( 3 & 6 months available) and Mandiri (3 & 6 months available) credit card holders, for a minimum purchase of IDR 1,500,000

How do I return an item?

Item(s) with defect or incorrect can be returned within 3 days from the day you receive your order. Send us an inquiry with order number, photo(s) of the item, reason and any other related information.

All returned merchandise must be in new/original and resalable condition with all tags and original packing attached. We will try our best to get back to you as soon as possible after reviewing.

If you have requested an exchange, the shipping fee for the new order will be waived. All return shipping fees and other miscellaneous fees are the responsibility of customer, unless it is defect or incorrect.

All SALE items are non-refundable/exchangeable.

Upon dispute, Project X reserves the right to make the final decision.

When will I get my refund?

Upon review of order cancellation/return, we will process your refund immediately. The process of refund may vary depending on mode of payment.
